I've been using 03 forever, and I also bought 09 to match my hair color! I'd been using 03 for a long time, but as my hair got lighter, I started noticing that only my brows looked dark, so I bought 09 because I wanted to lighten them more. 09 makes them quite a bit lighter, and I liked that it could really change the tone of my naturally dark brows. However, 09 on its own felt a little too light and grayish for me, so now I adjust the color by applying 03 over 09. There are so many shades, so it's easy to choose one that matches your hair color and preferences, which is a plus. Brow mascara alone can really change your whole look, so it's also easy to coordinate when you change your hair color. The brush is easy to use too, and I like how easy it is to coat each individual brow hair. By the way, the first day I used 09, my kid told me, "You look scary without eyebrows" 😂 That's how much lighter my black brows looked all at once. Layering it with 03 works better for me right now than using 09 alone, and I use them while adjusting the color to match my hair!
