- How to use
- 1) Saturate a cotton pad with an appropriate amount and wipe point makeup first. 2) Saturate the cotton pad with an appropriate amount again and lightly wipe the entire face. 3) Rinse with lukewarm water if needed. 4) Follow with toner to condition the skin.
