    This is a dewy, wet-look balm stick highlighter! It doesn’t sparkle too intensely, but it gives off a glamorous, moisture-rich glow. Since it’s a balm, it has a soft, rich, melt-into-your-skin texture. It doesn’t dry out easily and blends into the skin, so it’s great for highlighting areas where wrinkles are a concern, like around the eyes! Powder highlighters make my skin texture stand out in a bad way, so I felt that balm or liquid types suit me better. It performs exceptionally well for a stick highlighter, but as expected, I still couldn’t avoid disturbing my foundation… I apply it by patting it on with my fingers.. Compared to powder types, balm types are, as expected, a little trickier to work with.
