How to use
1. Open the lid at the top of the container and place a cotton pad on the dispenser plate. 2. Without covering the outlet with your finger, slowly press the pump 3–4 times. 3. Saturate the cotton pad with the product, then gently wipe away makeup and impurities. There is no need to rub hard. 4. After use, you may proceed to the next step of your skincare routine without rinsing. If you prefer to wash your face, rinse lightly. 5. If you have eyelash extensions, do not rub the bonded areas hard.

    This is a versatile cleansing water that removes makeup and can also be used in place of a face wash. I soaked a cotton pad with it and used it to cleanse my face in the morning. I don't like splashing my face with water, so this was really useful. It has that characteristic vitamin C scent, which I also like. It's not sticky at all and feels as light as water. I'm considering buying it again, and above all, it's great value for money. It's cheap even though you get 500 ml. You can buy it at Matsumoto Kiyoshi.
