I've been using this serum forever, and I've lost count of how many times I've repurchased it. It was the first Korean beauty serum that I actually saw results from, and it was also what got me hooked on Korean beauty. I use it as a first-step serum, and the texture and ingredients don't interfere with whatever I apply next, so I can use it anytime. It gets rid of dullness and makes my skin brighter and smoother. That said, it's been improved several times and is now 3.0, but for some reason, the smell has bothered me since this version came out. I also noticed the effects more with the earliest version. I first used it over five years ago, so maybe my skin has changed, but it's strange that the smell seems different.

It has a water-like texture with no thickness or scent. I'm about halfway through my first bottle, and I like how quickly it absorbs, so I've already bought a second one. I didn't notice any immediate effects, but I feel like my skin has been doing better than before. The texture is light, so I think it could work in the morning too!
