A watery mist I wouldn't say it's exactly moisturizing, but it does provide some hydration, and the rose scent smells sooo good! The mist sprays evenly and finely too. But maybe the mist is too fine, because if I breathe while spraying it, I start coughing. So I hold my breath when I spray it. But it really does have a lovely rose scent. If you like roses, I want you to try it at least once. I use it when I go to sleep, kind of like a bed mist.
