- How to use
- Stir the product thoroughly with the brush to coat it well, then apply over mascara after it has dried. If the brush picks up too little product, use it to gently stir the liquid along the inner wall of the container before applying. For 02 Clear Black, apply one thin coat rather than several layers to help reduce a whitish appearance. Remove with an oil-based cleanser.
