The look is super cute, like something straight out of the Heisei girl era, but honestly, my dry impression is that it’s not all that once you put it on your skin. Well, these things happen. But it really does look cute and gets me excited, so I think it’s worth keeping in your makeup bag 🎀✨👏🏻💭

A highlighter in 12 shades inspired by the 12 birthstones! I bought the August Wish Moon. It’s an insanely cute peach beam!! It has a toy-like sparkle, and the glamorous peach duochrome really shines. Since it’s a peachy light, it also gives your complexion a healthy boost! The appearance and packaging both look like magical girl merchandise. The slightly cheap-looking feel, in a good way, gives it such a cute vibe. But it’s quite powdery, and the powder fallout disappears pretty quickly too, before you even realize it.. But that’s also why, even though it’s such a bold color, it feels easy to adjust. It doesn’t break down messily—it really just “disappears,” so when you touch it up, you can just add more and you’re good to go. Personally, I really love it, and I’m thinking I want the other 11 months too.
