- How to use
- 1) Shake the container before use to mix the two layers evenly. 2) Saturate cotton with an appropriate amount and place it over the eye area for a moment. 3) Gently wipe the eye area with the cotton to remove makeup. 4) Rinse away any remaining residue with lukewarm water, then tone the skin.
