- How to use
- 1) Remove excess oil and any leftover makeup around the eyes. 2) Apply a suitable amount in a thin layer over the entire eyelid using your fingertips or a brush. 3) Gently pat with your fingertips to help it adhere naturally. 4) Apply your desired eyeshadow to finish.
