It's watery and absorbs into the skin right away. It's refreshing, so it might not be moisturizing enough during dry seasons. I recommend it for people with combination or oily skin. It leaves my skin feeling plump after application. My skin was irritated and red from acne, but after a few hours, it had calmed down and the redness was gone. It feels similar to Anua's toner, but while Anua's toner didn't calm my skin, this toner worked, maybe because it suited my skin better. I recommend it for anyone struggling with acne. Using it as part of my skincare before makeup gives me glowing skin.
