  No.3 Bifida Bakuchiol Zero Pore Milky Toner Light

  A bunch of Numbuzin No. 3 products have been going viral, and I haven't seen many people recommending the toner, but I really like this one. It has a slightly thick texture. It's a toner, but this alone leaves my skin pretty moisturized, so it's one of my favorites. I use a watery toner first, then apply this.

  Carrot Carotene Calming Water Pad

  Purchased during Qoo10's Mega Sale. I used it from July to September this year. Using it every day made my skin break out. Specifically, my face became red and raw, and it was painful too. I don't know what exactly didn't agree with my skin. I'd heard good things about it on social media many times, so I was really sad when I realized it didn't work for me. If you have sensitive skin, there's a chance it may not work for you either, so please be careful. After realizing it didn't work for my face, I mainly used it on my neck. I wondered if it would smell like carrots!?, but it didn't really have any smell. Also, the pads are soft, so I didn't feel much friction. I think it would be nice and easy to use daily for those whose skin it works for. Skin type ↓ Dry skin/sensitive skin/formerly had atopic dermatitis/thin skin

  Flarune Hydro Bomb

  I like Albion's emulsions, so I bought this because I wanted to try using the toner from the same line too. It feels really refreshing, and even though it's not heavy, it still feels properly hydrating. It seems easy to use even for people who don't like sticky toners. I liked how it felt too, but unlike Albion's pre-serum emulsion, I didn't feel there was enough of a deciding factor to make me think, "I want to use this!" It's 5,500 yen, so at this price, I think I'd rather try out various other toners too. It's not that it didn't suit me or that I had any complaints. I used it up normally and was satisfied. But for now, I won't be repurchasing.

  Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner

  I used this hoping for a soothing effect, but I didn't feel like my skin got any better😿 It feels refreshing, so that part was nice. I'd recommend it for people with combination or oily skin who don't like stickiness. It doesn't feel moisturizing, so it might be drying for people with dry skin.

  My skin gets tight and flaky if I don't do my skincare right after washing my face, but it also gets oily easily after I put on makeup, and this toner was perfect for me. Even without using a peel or anything, just the Skin Harmonizer improved the little bumps around my nose in 1-2 weeks, and I was like, so this is Kanebo's technology for targeting bad sebum!! Personally, this isn't moisturizing enough on its own, so after the Skin Harmonizer, I layer on a more moisturizing toner.

  Medicated Clear Lotion Very Moist

  A cleansing toner. It didn't irritate my skin at all, and since I hate washing my face, I used this to wipe my face in the morning. I first got it at an event, and I liked it enough to buy it myself. I can't say I noticed any change in my skin, but using it to wipe my face wasn't stressful.

  Facial Treatment Clear Lotion Toner

  This is one wipe-off toner I can't live without! Pitera is seriously amazing!! I use it right after washing my face. Soak a cotton pad with plenty of it (the trick is not to skimp!) and gently glide it over your skin... and your skin feels smooth and slippery like a peeled egg...!! It also helps the toner and serum you apply afterward absorb better, and it's the kind of wipe-off toner that makes skincare fun. It's more affordable and has a milder smell than the toner, so I also recommend it as a first step for anyone curious about SK-II.

  Madagascar Centella Quick Calming Pad

  I have such dry skin that even if I moisturize thoroughly in the morning, it starts feeling dry and flaky by evening. The product I've come to love so much that I can't live without it is the SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Quick Calming Pad. The first thing I love is the soft, fluffy pads soaked with plenty of essence. When I put them on my skin, they feel like they're giving it a good boost of hydration. The half-moon shape fits easily under my eyes, and it's also convenient that I can tear the pads apart and use them on different areas that need extra care! One thing I especially love is the container, which opens with one touch. It opens and closes smoothly, and since it's something I use every day, I really appreciate how easy it is. When I want even more hydration, I use it together with the Centella Ampoule from SKIN1004. It's a favorite of mine not just because of how it feels to use, but also because of the shape and how easy the container is to use. For me, these are toner pads I always want to keep on hand.

  Cica Cooling Pad

  I loved the mask, so I decided to give these a try. The pads have kind of a mesh texture? They're pretty thick and stiff. They don't cling snugly to my face. But as someone with sensitive skin whose face gets hot really easily, these have been a lifesaver! Especially when the seasons change, I wake up with hot, red cheeks, so using these in the morning cools and calms them down. I barely feel any irritation, and they don't sting even when my skin is acting up, so they're easy to use anytime. I wish I'd found these in the middle of summer! Even when my face isn't hot, using them before makeup helps it go on better. I'll repurchase, but I wish they'd improve the pads.

  Exosome Cica Calming Pad

  This is a toner pad I use often! I've tried all kinds of toner pads, but this one is refreshing and easy to use. It has a milky, watery texture with no stickiness, and the fresh, botanical feel is really nice. It's more refreshing than the cica toner from the same line! The pad has a texture like organic cotton (thin) and is a little rough, but it's just right for wiping away excess oil and dirt. I'm not really sure about the soothing effects of the cica ingredients... I think the moisturizing power is average too. I use these toner pads to help the main skincare products I apply afterward absorb better, so they might not be enough as your main moisturizer on their own... But the texture never gets in the way at all, so it works well with other skincare products! I think it's good value as a wipe-off product.

  Exosome Cica Toner

  It's a light, watery toner. But the Cica Toner Pads from the same line feel more refreshing, while this one leaves a slightly sticky feeling. This has a clear texture, but the toner pads were milky white. The scent seems slightly different too?? It's good if you just want to drench your skin with moisture, and I bought it whenever it was cheap and used about three bottles total, I think? I couldn't tell if it had any soothing effect or anything... It feels like water that makes your skin plump. Once I started thinking the toner pads seemed to suit my skin better, I used this less and less, so I probably won't repurchase... The packaging colors are cute, and that was another thing I liked about it!

  White Mastic Toner Pad

  I bought this on Qoo10🛒 It was close to its expiration date, so I decided to give it a try, and it turned out to be a total winner🎯!! I wish I'd bought more. I mainly use it to wipe my face in the morning, and even after thoroughly washing my face, it removes the dirt that didn't come off while still leaving my skin moisturized✨️It's one of my top favorites out of all the pads I've used🎖️

  Cica Peeling Toner Pad

  I bought this during Qoo10 Mega Point. The pads are slightly on the small side, but this small size makes them easy to use. They're perforated, so you can easily separate them into two pieces, and they fit the skin well. The textured side is for areas with dead skin, so I use it under my chin, under my nose, and so on. It's not like you'll see a dramatic change after one use, but it felt good enough to make me think, I want to keep using this!! 🫶

  Skin Conditioner Essential N

  I've repurchased this several times, and it's one of my favorites. It works really well with Albion's emulsion. When I use it in the morning, it reduces redness and smooths out my skin, so I feel like my makeup goes on better. It has a cooling sensation, so it feels nice to apply. I especially recommend using it in the morning. I'm not really sure how effective it is at preventing skin irritation, but it calms my skin even when it's irritated, and I can use it without worrying because it doesn't sting.   M-mark Amino Acid Infusion Toner

  Even though it's a watery toner, it absorbs well into my skin and keeps it hydrated. The fact that it's fragrance-free makes it easy to use, and there aren't really many downsides to this toner. The only drawback is that it stings if it gets in my eyes.

  Kansosan Medical Moisture Essence Lotion

  It has a very thick texture. I mainly used it at night after getting out of the bath. I've always had dry skin and regularly use the Kansosan line, so I had high expectations. When I used it during seasons when my skin was more sensitive, like pollen season, it would occasionally sting. Maybe my skin was just sensitive to irritation, but it made me a little uneasy, so I tried to use it on days when my skin was only slightly irritated or in normal condition. You get a lot of product and it's good value for money, so for now I would repurchase.

  Mung Bean Pore Clearing Filter Pad

  It has a whipped cream-like texture that melts right away and blends into your skin! I like how it emulsifies so quickly. My skin feels moisturized and refreshed after washing. This product made me realize balm cleansers are a good option too. I especially recommend it for people struggling with excess oil!
