Round Lab1025 Dokdo TonerI don't use it all year round, but I do use it regularly every year. The texture is super light. Like water? That's how light it is. When I layer it 3 or 4 times during one skincare routine, the way it just siiiinks into my skin feels so good every time, and it makes skincare fun 😍 It's fragrance-free and light, so it's easy to use both morning and night! I get a little worried about dryness in fall and winter, so I use it a lot in spring and summer! I can only buy it when I go to Korea, so I pick it up every time I'm there ⭐️ It's a large size and great value, and I love that I can use it super generously ☝️😁

VT CosmeticsPDRN TonerI finished the whole bottle. Since it's PDRN and pretty straightforward, it's easy to pair with any skincare routine, and there's a lot in the bottle, so you can use it generously. It has a water-like texture with no fragrance, and it doesn't feel sticky. It's more on the refreshing side, so with my combination skin, I used it with a richer moisturizing cream. If I buy it again, I'd like to get a spray nozzle from a dollar store and use it like a mist.

bobeFermented Skin TonerA toner I bought when @cosme first started carrying it. It's a fermented toner that helps prep the foundation of your skin. Its standout feature is luxurious fermented collagen water that penetrates every corner of the stratum corneum. I like fermented toners and have tried all kinds, and this one seems to be made with fermented collagen. It's fragrance-free, with a light, watery texture. It isn't sticky and doesn't feel heavy no matter how many layers I apply. Personally, I like the texture and what it has to offer. But in addition to hydration, "calms irritated skin" "makes pores less noticeable" "makes skin look glowy" I felt like I wanted to see one more step of improvement along those lines. The bottle is stylish too, and it looks cute just sitting there though 😌💕 For me, this toner ended up falling just a little short.

MediCubeRed Toner 2.0Excellent for the Red line 🐈⬛ Texture: Clear Viscous Rich like a serum How it feels: Absorbs smoothly and feels refreshing Not sticky 《What I liked》 ・Feels refreshing while still being moisturizing ・Since it's viscous, it's easy to target the exact spots where you want to apply it ・I can really feel the benefits for acne and redness 《What concerns me》 ・It doesn't bother me since I only use it on specific spots, but it's hard to dispense enough from the bottle for the whole face ・I wouldn't call it deeply moisturizing It may not be moisturizing enough for people whose skin gets dry easily 【Overall】 A rich, viscous toner rather than a watery one. Besides doing what a toner should, I feel like it's handy to have for caring for acne and redness-prone skin 🌙

NumbuzinNo.3 Bifida Bakuchiol Zero Pore Milky Toner LightA bunch of Numbuzin No. 3 products have been going viral, and I haven't seen many people recommending the toner, but I really like this one. It has a slightly thick texture. It's a toner, but this alone leaves my skin pretty moisturized, so it's one of my favorites. I use a watery toner first, then apply this.

AlbionFlarune Hydro BombI like Albion's emulsions, so I bought this because I wanted to try using the toner from the same line too. It feels really refreshing, and even though it's not heavy, it still feels properly hydrating. It seems easy to use even for people who don't like sticky toners. I liked how it felt too, but unlike Albion's pre-serum emulsion, I didn't feel there was enough of a deciding factor to make me think, "I want to use this!" It's 5,500 yen, so at this price, I think I'd rather try out various other toners too. It's not that it didn't suit me or that I had any complaints. I used it up normally and was satisfied. But for now, I won't be repurchasing.

AnuaHeartleaf 77% Soothing TonerI used this hoping for a soothing effect, but I didn't feel like my skin got any better😿 It feels refreshing, so that part was nice. I'd recommend it for people with combination or oily skin who don't like stickiness. It doesn't feel moisturizing, so it might be drying for people with dry skin.

KaneboSkin HarmonizerMy skin gets tight and flaky if I don't do my skincare right after washing my face, but it also gets oily easily after I put on makeup, and this toner was perfect for me. Even without using a peel or anything, just the Skin Harmonizer improved the little bumps around my nose in 1-2 weeks, and I was like, so this is Kanebo's technology for targeting bad sebum!! Personally, this isn't moisturizing enough on its own, so after the Skin Harmonizer, I layer on a more moisturizing toner.

Nature ConcMedicated Clear Lotion Very MoistA cleansing toner. It didn't irritate my skin at all, and since I hate washing my face, I used this to wipe my face in the morning. I first got it at an event, and I liked it enough to buy it myself. I can't say I noticed any change in my skin, but using it to wipe my face wasn't stressful.

SK-IIFacial Treatment Clear Lotion TonerThis is one wipe-off toner I can't live without! Pitera is seriously amazing!! I use it right after washing my face. Soak a cotton pad with plenty of it (the trick is not to skimp!) and gently glide it over your skin... and your skin feels smooth and slippery like a peeled egg...!! It also helps the toner and serum you apply afterward absorb better, and it's the kind of wipe-off toner that makes skincare fun. It's more affordable and has a milder smell than the toner, so I also recommend it as a first step for anyone curious about SK-II.

MediCubeExosome Cica TonerIt's a light, watery toner. But the Cica Toner Pads from the same line feel more refreshing, while this one leaves a slightly sticky feeling. This has a clear texture, but the toner pads were milky white. The scent seems slightly different too?? It's good if you just want to drench your skin with moisture, and I bought it whenever it was cheap and used about three bottles total, I think? I couldn't tell if it had any soothing effect or anything... It feels like water that makes your skin plump. Once I started thinking the toner pads seemed to suit my skin better, I used this less and less, so I probably won't repurchase... The packaging colors are cute, and that was another thing I liked about it!

AlbionSkin Conditioner Essential NI've repurchased this several times, and it's one of my favorites. It works really well with Albion's emulsion. When I use it in the morning, it reduces redness and smooths out my skin, so I feel like my makeup goes on better. It has a cooling sensation, so it feels nice to apply. I especially recommend using it in the morning. I'm not really sure how effective it is at preventing skin irritation, but it calms my skin even when it's irritated, and I can use it without worrying because it doesn't sting. It may not be enough for those who prioritize moisturizing power. Reviewer's skin type↓ Dry skin/Sensitive skin/Formerly had atopic dermatitis/Thin skin

MatsuyamaM-mark Amino Acid Infusion TonerEven though it's a watery toner, it absorbs well into my skin and keeps it hydrated. The fact that it's fragrance-free makes it easy to use, and there aren't really many downsides to this toner. The only drawback is that it stings if it gets in my eyes.

BCLKansosan Medical Moisture Essence LotionIt has a very thick texture. I mainly used it at night after getting out of the bath. I've always had dry skin and regularly use the Kansosan line, so I had high expectations. When I used it during seasons when my skin was more sensitive, like pollen season, it would occasionally sting. Maybe my skin was just sensitive to irritation, but it made me a little uneasy, so I tried to use it on days when my skin was only slightly irritated or in normal condition. You get a lot of product and it's good value for money, so for now I would repurchase.

MediCubePDRN Pink Cica Soothing TonerIt has a light, watery texture, and rather than moisturizing my skin, it feels more like it gives it a boost of hydration! It feels very lightweight when applied, so I made sure to moisturize well after using the toner! My skin is dry and sometimes sensitive, but it didn't cause any irritation, so I was able to use it without worrying!

MediCubePDRN Pink Cica Soothing TonerIt's a pretty refreshing toner. Maybe because I usually use richer products, the moisturizing power felt very light to me. I thought it might work to apply several layers with my MediCube beauty device to really work it in, but I didn't notice any particular effects, and my impression is that it's just a simple, lightweight moisturizing toner. I ended up using it on my body! I think it would be easy to use for people who like a lighter feel or want to splash it all over their body ◎

KaneboSkin HarmonizerFor oily skin It's a two-phase formula, so shake before use. I also recommend using it as a cotton pad mask. It feels refreshing but still moisturizes well. It helps keep sebum from turning harmful, and I definitely feel like I'm getting fewer breakouts. I highly recommend using it together with Kanebo's Skin Conductor.

VT CosmeticsLuminous Skin PackHonestly, it felt pretty average—neither good nor bad! It didn't feel bad to use, and it was decently moisturizing, so there wasn't anything in particular that bothered me. But compared to other sheet masks, I didn't really notice any features that made me think, "It has to be this one!" Personally, I don't think there's any particular reason to go out of my way to choose this one 🤔 But I really like how thin the sheet is! Because it's so thin, it fits snugly against the skin and doesn't lift or slide around easily, which was nice. It also seems easy to use while doing other things ◎ My honest opinion is, "It's not bad, but if I were to repurchase, I'd probably choose something else!"

Hada LaboGokujyun Hyaluronic Acid Lotion\Incredible hydration and thickness! Might not be for everyone if you like layering products/ Even a small amount has a substantial “thickness” to it, and this alone feels like it replenishes a lot of moisture and hydrates really well. However, the trade-off for that intense hydration is a texture that tends to leave your skin feeling somewhat sticky and tacky right after application. I have dry skin myself, but my daily skincare routine is the type where I layer products in order: “lotion → serum → emulsion or cream.” So when the first lotion is too thick, I find it a little hard to tell whether the serum I apply afterward is blending into and absorbing into my skin. Since I’m someone who finishes by sealing in the moisture with a cream, I think I prefer a lighter lotion that I can splash on more generously. Its hydrating power on its own really is amazing, so it seems like it would be useful in winter when dryness is especially concerning or when I want to keep my routine simple. But considering how well it works with my usual layered skincare routine, I’m a little unsure whether I’ll repurchase it after I finish the bottle.

Skin&LabEctoin Milky Cream TonerIt’s a toner, but it feels like an emulsion! I really love it for fall and winter 🤍 Even though it’s a toner, it’s super milky, with a soft, syrupy texture. With ectoin, beta-glucan, and panthenol, it makes sense that the formula focuses on hydration. It has some viscosity, but it doesn’t feel heavy, and it feels like it sinks right in when you work it into your skin. It’s not sticky, but it leaves my skin moisturized and plump, which I absolutely loved ♡ It’s to the point where I feel like I might not even need an emulsion on lighter skincare days. It barely has any scent, so it’s easy to use. After applying it to my face, I just keep spreading it down over my décolletage and then my arms 😂 There’s 200 ml, so I also love that I can use it generously ◎ I especially recommend it for fall and winter, when skin tends to get dry. I discovered it as a freebie, but it’s honestly become one of my favorites 🤍 Repurchase: Yes ◎
