I've Never Been So Let Down 😣 Reacting to Mika Abdalla's Skin Care Routine

Hyram 1.7K views 1 weeks ago
Highlights (6)
Hyram reviews Mika Abdalla’s skincare routine, assessing the formulas, ingredients, and practicality of each step. He generally likes the products, including the Tatcha cleanser, Allies of Skin eye cream, and Augustinus Bader moisturizer, but is extremely disappointed that she does not use sunscreen every day. He ends by recommending two Korean sunscreens for different skin preferences.
- The rice-based Tatcha cleanser is considered gentle and hydrating
- Microcurrent devices may help depuff and refresh the skin, but shoppers should check the data
- The Allies of Skin eye cream has an impressive formula but is not an essential purchase for everyone
- Hyram strongly criticizes skipping daily sunscreen
- He recommends an invisible lightweight sunscreen and a more moisturizing option for dry or combination skin

Reacting to America Ferrera's Skin Care Routine

Hyram 1.4K views 3 weeks ago
Highlights (6)
Hyram reviews America Ferrera’s skincare routine, focusing on product formulas, prices, and how the products are used. He likes the routine’s basic structure but finds most of the products too expensive and would not personally use several of them. He also advises using the peel and clay mask separately and being careful about irritation and timing.
- The expensive Estee Lauder cleanser is not worth the price
- Shanny Darden’s peel has a good formula but is very costly
- Peels require careful attention to stinging and application time
- The cleanser, treatment, moisturizer, and sunscreen steps are solid
- He recommends more affordable Korean skincare alternatives

Inde Navarrette- I'm Obsessed With Your Skin Care Routine 😍

Hyram 2.5K views 1 months ago
Highlights (6)
Hyram reacts to Inde Navarrette’s Vogue skincare routine and evaluates each step and product. He likes the Beauty of Josan cleansing oil and sunscreen, but says she should add a water-based cleanser and a separate moisturizer. Overall, he finds the routine simple, affordable, and accessible, though it may need more hydration for dry or dehydrated skin.
- Use cleansing oil on completely dry skin, then follow with a water-based cleanser
- The Korean and US sunscreen formulas may differ significantly
- The glazing milk functions more like a toner or essence than a moisturizer
- The routine is praised for being simple, affordable, and accessible

idk how to feel about this routine ... (Reacting To Sienna Spiro)

Hyram 2.1K views 1 months ago
Highlights (6)
Hyram reacts to singer Sienna Spiro’s everyday skincare and show makeup routine. He likes the niacinamide spray and the mandelic acid serum’s formulas, but strongly criticizes the price and simple ingredient list of the Bioeffect cleanser and questions the preservation of the Civ serum. Overall, he finds the routine expensive and somewhat underwhelming, while respecting that Sienna researches products and has found what works for her skin.
- The Bioeffect cleanser is considered severely overpriced
- The niacinamide spray receives a positive review
- The Civ serum raises preservation concerns
- The mandelic serum is preferred for nighttime use
- The overall routine is luxurious but expensive

How I Finally Quit Vaping & Nicotine Pouches

Hyram 1.2K views 2 months ago
Highlights (5)
Hyram answers questions about quitting vaping and nicotine pouches after years of severe dependence. He discusses the progression of his addiction, withdrawal symptoms, tapering, tracking use, exercise, and seeking support. He also says he saw little short-term skin change after quitting, although vaping caused more redness around his mouth.
- Social vaping gradually became severe nicotine dependence.
- Nicotine pouches helped tapering but extended the addiction.
- Mental withdrawal symptoms were harder than physical symptoms.
- Life and mental health improved substantially after quitting.
Does PDRN Really Do Anything?

Hyram 2.3K views 2 months ago
Highlights (6)
The video explains what PDRN is, its medical history, and why injectable PDRN became popular. However, evidence for topical PDRN is limited, and vegan forms have very little supporting data. The creator recommends choosing products with well-researched actives rather than buying something solely because it contains PDRN.
- PDRN is a DNA-fragment ingredient with medical origins.
- Evidence for topical PDRN is limited, and vegan PDRN has even less data.
- Recommended products include Rejuran, ANEW, Innisfree, VT Cosmetics, and Isntree.
- PDRN should be treated as a bonus, not the sole reason to buy a product.
- Retinol, vitamin C, exfoliants, and sunscreen remain better-supported choices.

Skin Care Myths I Used To Believe (and you still might too)

Hyram 2.7K views 2 months ago
Highlights (6)
Hyram revisits six skincare myths he once wholeheartedly believed. He explains that hyaluronic acid does not dry out skin in dry environments, and that cleansing twice a day is not mandatory for everyone, especially people with dry or compromised skin. He also discusses the nuanced environmental evidence around chemical sunscreens, the limits of non-comedogenic claims and eye creams, and the modest benefits of sheet masks.
- Hyaluronic acid does not dry out skin in dry environments when paired with moisturizer.
- Dry or barrier-impaired skin may not need cleansing twice a day.
- The relationship between chemical sunscreens and coral reefs is more nuanced than the common claim.
- “Non-comedogenic” has no uniform standard or guarantee.
- Sheet masks have limited impact compared with a consistent routine.

Hyram 10.1K views 2 months ago
Highlights (7)
Hyram reacts to the skincare routines of EJ, Audrey Nuna, and Rami, discussing the products and ingredients they use. He likes most of the routines but criticizes fragrance in several products and heavier formulas for combination-to-oily skin. Audrey Nuna's routine is his overall winner because it best matches his preference for research-backed, effective formulas without unnecessary irritants.
- Reviews three celebrity skincare routines
- Chooses Audrey Nuna's routine as the winner
- Praises proper sunscreen application
- Flags fragrance and overly heavy formulas
