Compared to the various gel masks I've tried, Essence → a lot Thickness → thick and heavy, so it slides down from the weight Time until it absorbs → one of the longest (around 4 hours. It might take all night) After taking it off → moisturized and bouncy, pores are gone That's how I'd describe it. The time it takes to absorb is a pretty big drawback, and back when I wasn't used to gel masks, I really hated the feeling of having something on my face the whole time, so I'd sometimes peel it off before it turned clear 😂 But I really love how my pores disappear after taking it off, so it's one of my favorites lol

PurealMatcha Soothing Essence MaskThis is Pureal's new sheet mask 🍵 (September release) As always, it's packed with essence. It has a faint matcha scent. The essence is thick, so after removing the mask, it takes a little while to fully absorb. It feels refreshing and moisturizing. I also feel like it makes my skin look a little more translucent. I'm happy that it also contains Japanese and Chinese herbal extracts, so it helps care for irritated skin too.

MedihealDerma Serum Mask PDRNThe Derma Serum Mask line in general comes with a little less serum. It's not too little, but compared to other masks that are drenched in serum, it feels a bit lacking. It adheres really well. It doesn't slide down even if I move around while wearing it for about 20 minutes. The PDRN one is more moisturizing than the others and moisturizes thoroughly. But it also leaves more serum behind than the others, and my skin is oilier the next morning too. It's for people whose skin lacks oil and want an oil-based moisturizer.

It's moisturizing enough too. But after about 3 hours, the mask became bone-dry and I couldn't keep wearing it. It doesn't seem possible to leave it on while sleeping.

EIOMTrouble Patch MaskA mask that removes sebum when you use it. It's a thick mask, so it's a little hard to fit it to my face. Especially around the nose. That's where I'm most concerned about sebum, but it won't adhere properly. Cutting it with scissors is a hassle. Still, I like that after using it, mainly on my T-zone, I can see the sebum that has been removed on the mask. Even after peeling it off, despite leaving it on for over an hour and the mask being dry, my skin itself still feels moisturized, and I like how it feels too.

Maybe because it contains fermented ingredients, first-time users might feel a little tingling. Personally, when my pores are bothering me, I feel a fizzy tingling sensation (it doesn't hurt!), but when they're not, I don't feel any tingling. You can slather it on places other than your face too.

I bought it right away when I saw that the Alpha Arbutin Serum, which is available as a serum, had come out as a daily mask. The masks are relatively thin, but since they aren't marketed as being highly moisturizing, I think they're good enough. The liquid is lightweight, but my skin feels a little sticky after use and moderately moisturized. It says it works on acne scars, but I haven't noticed any effects yet.

I only use it because I want to calm and prep my skin, so I don't really care that much about the ingredients. And it's cheap. Plus, you only need to leave it on for three minutes, so it's perfect for busy mornings. I really hate sticky, drippy sheet masks, so I'll definitely be repurchasing this one. I also like that it's a big pack, so it lasts a long time. Another good thing is that it seems gentle enough to use every day. The sheets feel thin, and they're light and comfortable to use.

The mask is on the stiff side, which isn't really my thing, but it did adhere well. After I took it off, there was still serum left on my skin and it didn't feel dry at all More than anything, the results were so noticeable that the next day I was like, doesn't my skin look amazing!? It looks brighter, and my pores look good too I'll stock up during an Olive Young Global sale or the next time I go to Korea.

MedihealPDRN Wrapping Serum MaskIt's very moisturizing and feels like a special-occasion mask. There's plenty of serum, so it might be good for people with dry skin, but it felt a little heavy for my more oily skin. Mediheal's PDRN Daily Mask suited me better.
