FweeSpa Glowing UV Tone-Up Base SPF 50+The light blue one is apparently the moisturizing type for dry skin, but I had no particular issues using it in the summer. It was recommended to me by someone I know with dry skin, so I do think it's true that it suits dry skin better. In the summer, it wears off normally in areas that get oily. The finish in the photo is with Fwee + WAKEMAKE foundation. The coverage isn't strong, but the tone-up effect is great, so I can totally go out with just this.

AlbionSuper UV Cut Repair Perfection Base SPF 50+Even though I tried a bunch of other products along the way, I went through three tubes! It was watery and spread easily, and was really easy to use as both sunscreen and makeup primer. It didn’t feel too heavy, and I liked how I could quickly smooth it on every morning. I did use three tubes in the end, so it’s not like I have any complaints, but considering it’s 6,600 yen, I probably won’t repurchase for now. Before this, I was using the silver UV sunscreen from Orbis, and considering the price, how it felt to use, and everything else, I personally preferred Orbis overall. Albion was easy to use too, and I liked it enough to go through three tubes, but I never quite felt like, “This is the one I have to pay 6,600 yen for!” Or rather, maybe the silver UV from Orbis was just too perfect for me. There have been so many great sunscreens coming out lately, so I’m going to keep trying all kinds of them.

Clé de Peau BeautéVoile Correcteur N\The ultimate primer for going foundation-free! A holy grail I've been repurchasing for 4–5 years/ I usually go foundation-free and finish with just primer + powder, and my main skin concerns are dryness and dullness. I love using d'Alba sunscreen for everyday wear, but for my base makeup on “special days,” like weekends or when I'm going out, I always use this Clé de Peau Beauté Voile Correcteur N. When I apply it, it naturally brightens and smooths out my skin, blurring uneven tone and dullness and making my whole complexion look even. It doesn't completely cover large dark spots or acne scars, but I absolutely love how it makes my bare skin itself look more beautiful. My skin doesn't feel dry at all during the day, and the moisturized feeling lasts. It spreads really well, so when I use it mainly on weekends, one tube lasts me about a year. It does come with a luxury beauty price tag, but considering how long it lasts and the finish, it's an investment I can justify. I've loved and used it for the past 4–5 years, and it's definitely a must-have I want to keep using.

AlbionElegance Modeling Color Up BaseThis was my first time buying a yellow primer, and it evened out my skin tone really well🎶 It also covers redness. When I even out my skin tone with this primer before applying foundation, the finish looks really beautiful. I'm also happy that it's not that expensive.

TFITDelicate Silk Veil Art PrimerI bought it because it went viral for making pores less noticeable, but my pores didn't completely disappear. I liked the smooth, matte feel. I didn't really notice much of an effect, so I won't repurchase.

Clé de Peau BeautéVoile Correcteur NIt naturally brightened my skin while softly blurring pores and uneven texture! It felt moisturizing and smooth, spread easily, and gave me an elegant, glowy finish without looking cakey, which is a big plus. I’d buy it again!

Banila CoPrime Primer ClassicIt has a light texture that spreads smoothly and doesn't feel thick on the skin. It's easy to blend out and doesn't leave much stickiness or heaviness behind. Rather than completely filling in pores for a totally flat finish, it feels like it subtly blurs uneven texture and smooths the skin's surface. It also provides some pore coverage, and makes the base look smooth when foundation is layered over it. Even though it has a smooth, dry finish, it doesn't feel drying, and I feel like it helps keep oils from coming through and causing makeup to break down over time, so I personally found it easy to use during the summer. This primer is easy to use when you want to smooth out your skin without looking cakey and keep oils from breaking down your makeup, rather than thoroughly filling in your pores.

Clé de Peau BeautéVoile Correcteur NI've repurchased this product many times. It's my go-to base makeup for workdays. It's a soft cream, so I apply it with my fingers. After applying, I press it in with both hands to help it blend. Then I dust on Clé de Peau Beauté powder or a white-to-skin-tone powder from another brand, and it gives me a properly made-up finish without looking cakey. It's excellent. I've tried base makeup from all kinds of brands over the years, but this is my favorite.

Clé de Peau BeautéVoile Correcteur NThis is my second one—bought it again! It's a primer with weak sun protection, but it has great coverage, so I use it every day. (The high price hurts, but it's not something I have to replace all the time, so oh well!) Maybe it works well with the skincare I'm currently using, because it never pills, and it's super easy to use!

Clé de Peau BeautéVoile Correcteur NIt stays moisturizing and does such a great job perfecting my skin that my natural skin looks beautiful! Dewy, glowing skin! Poreless! After some time had passed, my nose got a little shiny, but when I blotted it with a tissue, it went back to looking beautiful like it did before! This is a primer that made me think, I want to keep using this!

KoséFasio Pore Smooth PrimerI use this primer as a base on areas where my pores bother me, especially when I want to take my time doing my makeup. When I blend it in to fill the unevenness of my pores, they look less noticeable and the surface of my skin looks smoother and more even. It's easy to use when I want to make my pores less visible. The texture is on the heavy side and doesn't spread that easily, so rather than applying it all at once over a large area, I personally find it easier to use a small amount at a time on areas where my pores bother me. I incorporate it into my base makeup when I want to prioritize pore coverage.

FweeSpa Glowing UV Tone-Up Base SPF 50+I bought this when it was trending and I kept seeing it on social media. Since it has a beige tint, I often use just this base after sunscreen and skip foundation. At first I was applying it with just my hands, but it would go on unevenly and make my pores stand out. Then I tried blending it out with a damp sponge that I'd squeezed out really well, and it applied beautifully and evenly, so that's how I use it now! It doesn't have as much coverage as foundation, but it does have a decent amount and makes your bare skin look nice, so personally I'd recommend using it without foundation if your skin is already fairly clear or if you're a student! Personally, layering foundation over it makes my makeup look a little heavy.

Clé de Peau BeautéEmbellisseur Declat\I'm literally glowing💫 kind of radiance🪞/ When I had it applied at the counter, I was so blown away by how beautifully radiant my skin looked that I bought it🛍🤍 Apparently it contains the same powder as Declat, so rather than a fresh, dewy water-glow look, it gives your skin a luminous, glowing finish🪞 I learned something from buying this. I don't really like that super "I'm glowing❣️" kind of skin... ( -_- )💭 But I definitely recommend it if you love glowy skin🫶🏻💓 Also, it doesn't brighten or color-correct at all, so that left me wanting more😭 I tried mixing it with other brightening primers too, but that was a hassle, so I haven't been using it much lately💭 As for it containing ingredients from The Serum, my skin doesn't feel tired when I take my makeup off, so I guess I can kind of notice it a little. I'll use it carefully, but at this price I probably won't repurchase🥺💭

TFITIcy Blur Art PrimerIt says it feels cool, so I bought it for the hot summer season. The impression is more like, “Maybe it feels a little refreshing right when I apply it?” Even that cool feeling goes away after a little while. Personally, I bought it expecting that cooling sensation, so I’d give it 3.5 stars. I think it does cover pores and has staying power, so it might be good for anyone looking for a matte, light-blue-toned primer.

FweeSpa Glowing UV Tone-Up Base SPF 50+It breaks down. Maybe it's too harsh for skin in your late 30s, because it ends up getting all runny and melty. It does make my skin texture look somewhat smoother right after applying, but it doesn't last. That said, it didn't feel bad to use. I have sensitive skin, but I was able to use it comfortably without any irritation. I probably won't repurchase it...

FweeSpa Glowing UV Tone-Up Base SPF 50+No matter what, it starts flaking off almost immediately, looks like it’s sitting on top of my skin, and gets all over my mask, so I tried it in all kinds of ways after doing a lot of experimenting, but I guess it just didn’t work for my skin 🥲
-
FweeSpa Glowing UV Tone-Up Base SPF 50+I used the new pink shade! Not only is it easy to brighten up my complexion, but most of all, I’m glad that my makeup became less prone to breaking down! It has a powdery matte finish, so it spread well, but it was a little difficult to apply evenly. Personally, I’d like you to use it together with a mist!

Banila CoPrime Primer ClassicI bought this because I really hated how my makeup would keep pilling and looking patchy. When I use this product, it really leaves my skin feeling soft and gives it a matte finish while smoothing out the texture perfectly. So I feel like my makeup goes on better too. But I heard primer fills in pores and smooths out your skin texture, so I ended up reaching for it less..
