AlbionStudio Milk FoundationI was lost when it came to foundation for about six months, and this is the one I finally bought🩷 Before this, I was using a DIOR foundation. The shade matched me really well and I liked it, but some days it felt a little drying, so I spent about six months looking for something that would be a bit less drying. During that time, I tried samples of various foundations I was curious about, like DECORTÉ Zen Wear, SK-II, and SHISEIDO. Out of all of them, the one whose feel I liked best was Albion's Studio Milk Foundation! It glides on thinly and smoothly, yet it naturally covers the imperfections that bother me. Rather than thoroughly concealing everything for a perfected look, I prefer how it leaves a thin veil that makes my skin look beautiful. And what I especially liked was how it doesn't dry out my skin easily and how my skin doesn't feel stressed after removing it. My skin is thin and prone to dryness, so I'm really happy that it feels less "tired" after I remove my foundation. After trying all sorts of things for six months, I finally found one that made me think, "I'd buy the full-size version of this"🩷 So far, it's definitely a favorite!

AlbionStudio Milk FoundationAlbion, known for its pre-lotion emulsions, came out with an emulsion-inspired foundation, so I gave it a try ♡ It's so fresh and hydrating that it's labeled a "foundation/daytime emulsion," and it leaves your skin with a "milky glow," almost like it does right after skincare. I also love that you can use it without a primer, and it has solid coverage too, so I had no complaints ◎ With dry skin, some foundations can make it look flaky or parched and even make you look older, but this didn't do that at all, so it's a favorite of mine ♡ With this level of moisture, I thought it would be even easier to use during the colder months when dryness is more of a concern.

VDL CosmeticsCover Stain Perfecting Foundation SPF 35I've been trying out different foundations lately, and I liked this one more than I expected. First of all, the coverage is pretty good, so one layer covers blemishes and redness to some extent, and adding one more layer only where needed gives a nice, clean finish. It doesn't feel like it goes on too thick either, so it doesn't feel heavy on the skin and looks fairly natural. I also liked that it faded naturally rather than wearing off in a really patchy way, and the staying power was decent. However, on days when my skin is really dry, it can look slightly cakey, so I'd recommend moisturizing well before applying it. Overall, the coverage is good and it gives a pretty finish, so I think I'll reach for it often as an everyday foundation. For the price, I was pretty satisfied.

AlbionStudio Milk FoundationThe glow looks beautiful, and it gives natural coverage. After applying it, blending it in with a puff helped it adhere better to my skin and gave me a nicer finish. It might take a little trial and error to find the right combination. I felt that pairing it with a more moisturizing base helped it adhere better and wear off more evenly. Since it's a slightly moisturizing liquid foundation, if you use powder to finish, a lightweight, silky type seems to work better than a moisturizing one. With a moisturizing powder, I felt like it broke down a little more easily.

AlbionStudio Milk FoundationI recommend this for anyone who has things they want to conceal on their skin. I have oily skin with constant pores & acne issues💦 It's not red acne or anything, my skin is just bumpy and uneven. So I don't really like the glowy & bare-skin look you often get with the serum foundations that are popular right now... Plus, since I have oily skin with a lot of sebum, anything with a runny texture just slides right off. (lol) This Albion foundation has a pretty substantial texture. That doesn't mean it's hard to spread, and it's very easy to apply, so much so that applying it with your fingers is actually recommended. I put about half a pump on my fingers and spread it over my face, then tap it in with an &be sponge (dampened with water), and it provides plenty of coverage for pores and mild acne. It also holds up extremely well. On workdays I wear foundation for about 10 hours on average, and with everything I'd used before, by the time I left work my bare skin tone would be showing through completely, but with this one, I felt the coverage lasted just fine as long as I touched it up by patting on some powder. People with dry skin might not like this firmer texture. I think mixing in a serum might help. I don't really recommend it for anyone who likes a glowy, bare-skin look. It looks fairly close to bare skin for a matte foundation, but you definitely can't call it a natural skin finish. If anyone has the same skin type and concerns as me, this is a foundation I'd wholeheartedly recommend.

DiorForever Skin Wear Blurring Natural Matte FoundationNo glow. Decent coverage. Above all, it really stands up to sweat. It doesn't crease even when I wear a mask. That's what's amazing. This is a must when I'm wearing a mask. It makes my skin look even, which is really nice. When I use Dior Prestige primer, it does crease where my glasses sit on my nose, but barely any foundation transfers onto my mask. I have dry skin, but it doesn't feel drying, so I highly recommend it.

DiorForever Skin Wear Blurring Natural Matte FoundationThis is my holy grail! I'll repurchase this forever! It has a little less coverage than the old version, but it feels more moisturizing! It gives proper coverage, and I've never found another foundation that stays put this well! It's a glowy type, but it also has a slightly matte feel! It sets quickly, so the trick is to apply a little at a time!

AlbionStudio Milk Foundation\Blown away by the coverage and how it feels on my skin🫧/ I've been using cushion foundation forever, but I was so impressed after trying a sample that I bought a liquid foundation for the first time in ages🛍🤍 It feels as light as an emulsion, but I love how it still gives solid coverage🎶 It's moisturizing, so it's perfect for fall and winter☺️ I apply a thin layer with a spatula, then pat it in with a puff🤍 Shade 30 is also a pinkish beige, which is exactly my kind of color🫶🏻

About ToneSkin Layer Fit FoundationI loved ittt. Every foundation I'd used before would always oxidize, so I had to touch up my makeup all the time and it was such a pain, but ever since I found this foundation, this is all I need and it stays the same even after I'm out having fun for hours!

EITHER&Egg Sleek FoundationIt has a lightweight, blendable texture, and even I liked it despite not being a fan of that pore-clogging feeling foundation can have! The coverage is light, so it might be tricky to work with if your skin is really irritated. The natural glow looked beautiful! I’d really recommend it to people who have nice skin but feel like they look a little frumpy with just primer. I bought shade 01, but it was quite light, so I also ordered shade 02 and plan to mix them together.

AlbionStudio Milk FoundationThis foundation was developed with the idea of a milky lotion, but I really like that you can apply it without a primer, that it feels great going on, and that it has quite a lot of coverage. When I spread a little less than one pump, dotted onto five points, with a sponge, it hides even my pores beautifully. It doesn’t quite cover acne or acne scars, but it makes them much less noticeable. I chose 010, but 035 was also very close in color, which made me feel like they really went all out with the shade range.

VDL CosmeticsCover Stain Perfecting Foundation SPF 35This is my favorite foundation out of all the ones I’ve tried! The shade is perfect for people who wear shade 21, and I didn’t notice any oiliness or darkening. Highly recommend it for oily skin..!! It is a bit matte and sets quickly, though, so people with dry or combination-dehydrated skin may find it drying. In that case, mixing it with a moisturizer or a hydrating sunscreen works really well! Coverage⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Longevity⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Skin irritation ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Recommended for: Oily skin, anyone looking for long wear + coverage

About ToneSkin Layer Fit FoundationPros 1. The shade is pretty 2. Doesn’t darken too badly. Even when it wears off, it seems to wear off prettily 3. The shade runs a little brighter than other brands’ shade 21 4. It looks pretty when used with About Tone concealer since the tones match Cons 1. The coverage is a little disappointing. (My skin isn’t in terribly bad condition, so it looked pretty after covering up my dark circles a little with concealer) 2. The viral hype seems way too intense, wow, it’s not really as life-changing as celebrities make it sound. It’s better than a basic safe pick, but it’s not a holy-grail item? Somewhere in between)? It is pretty, though, so I do reach for it often Since the shade runs a little bright, I applied another cushion or foundation in shade 21 around the outer parts of my face, and it was good
