- How to use
- 1) Thoroughly remove eye makeup with an oil-free remover or cleanser. 2) Dip the brush into the serum once and lightly trace the upper lash line like eyeliner. 3) Use after evening cleansing so the ingredients can remain in place overnight. 4) If using in the morning, continue with makeup only after the serum has dried completely.
