- How to use
- 1) Saturate a cotton pad with an appropriate amount and gently wipe eye and lip makeup first. 2) Apply evenly over the entire face to dissolve makeup residue. 3) Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. 4) Follow with toner to refresh the skin.
