    Apply it by pressing it against your skin. (No sliding 🙅🏻‍♀️) The toner was very harsh, and the smell was so strong I could hardly breathe. I felt it was for people with acne-prone, oily skin. Since it’s strictly a wipe-off toner, moisturizing afterward is a must. Maybe because it wasn’t right for me, but I couldn’t feel any effects.
