  • 1 year or moreIt's a light, watery toner. But the Cica Toner Pads from the same line feel more refreshing, while this one leaves a slightly sticky feeling. This has a clear texture, but the toner pads were milky white. The scent seems slightly different too?? It's good if you just want to drench your skin with moisture, and I bought it whenever it was cheap and used about three bottles total, I think? I couldn't tell if it had any soothing effect or anything... It feels like water that makes your skin plump. Once I started thinking the toner pads seemed to suit my skin better, I used this less and less, so I probably won't repurchase... The packaging colors are cute, and that was another thing I liked about it!
