    lilybyred Mood It Palette / 07 #Romantic It There’s no fallout, and the formula adheres nicely to the eyes, so the color payoff is great. You can build up the shading with shades 2 and 3, draw your eyeliner with shade 4, and even brighten up your aegyo-sal with shade 1, so even though it’s a quad palette, you can do a full eye look with just this one product!! For those with a Summer Muted tone looking for a quad palette, I recommend this one ✨️
