I can't draw a clean line with liquid eyeliner, and pencil eyeliner doesn't define my eyes enough... This gel liner solved all those eyeliner problems for me. Even though it's called a gel, it has almost no watery feel, and it might be easier to describe it as a very smooth, moist powder. I pick it up with a thin eyeliner brush to apply it, and while powder liner would already start looking powdery at this point, this one never does. It glides on without catching on the skin, so the finished line looks really clean! Even though I'm clumsy, I can honestly draw a smooth line without messing up, so I think pretty much anyone could get the hang of it. They release new shades from time to time, so I've been having fun collecting them.
