- How to use
- 1) After cleansing, thoroughly tidy the eye area. 2) Apply an appropriate amount to the desired area using a brush or liner tip. a) For use along the lower lash line, lightly draw along the area under the eyes. b) For a highlight, dot a small amount onto the center of the eyelid and blend with your fingertips. 3) Add a few more large glitter particles to emphasize the sparkle. 4) When cleansing, remove thoroughly with a dedicated remover or oil-based cleanser.
