- How to use
- 1) Shake the container thoroughly before use to mix the two layers. 2) Soak a cotton pad with an appropriate amount and gently place it over the eye area. 3) Without rubbing, sweep the cotton pad from the inside outward to remove makeup. 4) If needed, lightly rinse with lukewarm water, then use toner to refresh the skin.
