  • 00 Black I didn't find it particularly difficult to apply, and the black is nicely pigmented, so it's easy to use for drawing a regular line. However, personally, I found it difficult to tightline with. I think it may also be because I'm not very good at eyeliner in general, but I'm also concerned that it's difficult to fix if you mess up, though I don't think it would be a problem for someone who's good at it. It's perfectly usable if you forget your eyeliner while you're out, but I feel like it's slightly lacking that deciding factor that makes me think, "This is why I'd choose it." If tightlining is important to you, I think opinions might be divided?
