  • This is a cleansing balm I’ve been using since before it was reformulated. I liked that it cleanses everything thoroughly without any tightness or irritation, no matter what season I use it in. It does feel a little oily, but overall I’m satisfied. The design is pretty too, and they often include free gifts!!

  • I switched up my cleansing routine from water>oil>balm, and out of those, the cleansing balm removed everything the best and was also the easiest to use. Water and oil felt like they left some residue behind.. Also, since you can scoop up the cleansing balm with the little spoon(?) inside and use it like you're washing your face, I think it's a good product that at least gets lazy-about-taking-off-makeup me to move 🙄 But if it gets in your eyes, it stings so badly I feel like I could pass out T_T Um.. it definitely has good cleansing power, but when removing mascara, it kind of feels like it doesn't get it all off, so that's a little disappointing

  • It removes all my makeup and doesn’t sting my eyes, so I love it… Even when I rinse it off with water, it cleans everything off without leaving any slippery residue. Totally recommend!!
