Tri-C12-15 Alketh-10 Phosphate is a complex mixture of triesters of phosphoric acid and C12-15 Alketh-10.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to lower surface tension so raw materials wet, mix, and spread evenly, to create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly mixed, and to help sebum and impurities wash away with water.[2]
