Titanium/Titanium Dioxide is a composite of titanium and titanium dioxide.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to add color to a product or application area and to reduce light transmission so the contents appear less visible.[3] In Europe, it may be used to color cosmetics.[2] When used as a sunscreen ingredient, it is permitted at concentrations of up to 25%.[2]
