About Titanium
A cosmetic ingredient consisting of elemental titanium itself. It is used to hold liquids or fine particles within a formula and to help reduce changes in the product caused by light. This does not mean that the skin absorbs the ingredient. It is different from titanium dioxide, which is widely used in sunscreens and as a white pigment.[1][2]
