About Tea-C11-15 Alketh Sulfate
TEA-C11-15 Alketh Sulfate is the triethanolamine salt of the sulfate ester of an ethoxylated, synthetic C11-15 fatty alcohol mixture containing 1 mole of ethylene oxide.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to lower surface tension so ingredients can wet, mix, and spread evenly, and to create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly mixed.[2]
