About Sodium Undecylenoamphoacetate
Sodium Undecylenoamphoacetate is an amphoteric organic compound.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to help sebum and impurities wash away with water, increase foam volume and make it less likely to collapse quickly, and form foam during use.[2] It is also used to reduce hair tangling and rough feel for smoother conditioning, and to reduce surface tension so raw materials can wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2]
