About Sodium Rapeseedate
Sodium Rapeseedate is the sodium salt of fatty acids derived from rapeseed oil.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to help sebum and impurities be washed away with water, to create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly mixed, and to lower surface tension so that raw materials can become wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2] It is also used to adjust the viscosity and flow of the formula.[2]
