About Sodium Fructoborate

Sodium Fructoborate is the sodium salt of the reaction product of boric acid and fructose.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to attract moisture to the formula and skin surface to help maintain hydration, and to leave the skin surface soft and smooth.[3] It cannot be used in cosmetics in Europe.[2]
