About Sodium Dilinoleamidopropyl Pg-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate
Sodium Dilinoleamidopropyl Pg-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate is a quaternary ammonium salt.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to help sebum and impurities wash away with water, increase the amount of foam and help it persist, and reduce hair tangling and rough feel to leave hair smooth and manageable.[2] It is also used to lower surface tension so ingredients can wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2]
