About Sodium Decylglucosides Hydroxypropylsulfonate
Sodium Decylglucosides Hydroxypropylsulfonate is the sodium salt of sulfonate esters of a mixture of hydroxypropyl decyl monoglucoside and hydroxypropyl decyl diglucoside.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to help sebum and impurities wash away with water, create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly mixed, and increase the amount and stability of foam.[2] It is also used to help ingredients that do not dissolve readily in water disperse more evenly in the water phase and to reduce surface tension so raw materials wet, mix, and disperse evenly.[2]
