About Sodium Cocoglucosides Hydroxypropyl Phosphate
Sodium Cocoglucosides Hydroxypropyl Phosphate is the sodium salt of the phosphate ester of a mixture of hydroxypropyl coco monoglucoside and hydroxypropyl coco diglucoside.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to help rinse sebum and impurities away with water, create emulsion formulations in which water and oil are evenly blended, and increase the amount of foam and help it last longer.[2] It is also used to lower surface tension so ingredients can wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2]
