About Sodium C12-15 Pareth Sulfate

Sodium C12-15 Pareth Sulfate is primarily the sodium salt of the sulfated polyethylene glycol ether of a mixture of synthetic C12-15 fatty alcohols.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to help sebum and impurities rinse away with water, create emulsions in which water and oil are evenly mixed, and reduce surface tension so ingredients wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2]
