About Sambucus Williamsii Phytoplacenta Extract
Sambucus Williamsii Phytoplacenta Extract is an ingredient obtained by extracting phytoplacenta cells isolated from elderberry or phytoplacenta cells obtained through culture.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to inhibit the growth of microorganisms, slow the rate at which formula ingredients oxidize through reaction with oxygen, and reduce hair tangling and roughness for smoother-looking hair.[2] It is also used to help protect the skin from external factors.[2]
