About Potassium Tsubakiate
Potassium Tsubakiate is the potassium salt of fatty acids obtained from camellia seed oil.[1] Because it has both water-attracting and oil-attracting parts, its cleansing ability, foam, and sensory feel may vary depending on the formulation concentration and the surfactants used with it. In cosmetics, it is used to help sebum and impurities rinse away with water and to create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly mixed.[2]
