About Potassium Ricinoleate

Potassium Ricinoleate is the potassium salt of ricinoleic acid.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to help sebum and impurities wash away with water, to create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly mixed, and to lower surface tension so that ingredients can wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2]
