Polysilicone-29 is a composite silicone polymer obtained by reacting a dimethylsiloxane polymer terminated with glycidoxypropyl groups, PEG-13 diglycidyl ether, diethylaminopropylamine, and aminopropyltriisopropoxysilane.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to reduce tangling and roughness in hair and leave it smooth.[2]
