Polyglyceryl-2 Isononanoate/Dimer Dilinoleate Copolymer is a copolymer of isononanoyl diglycerin and dilinoleic acid polymer.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to help ingredients in a formula bind together and maintain its form, to help prevent emulsified water-and-oil mixtures from separating easily, and to smooth hair by reducing tangling and rough feel.[2] It is also used to leave the skin’s surface feeling soft and smooth.[2]
