Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-11 is a polymer of methacrylic acid, acryloyldimethyl taurate, and dimethylacrylamide crosslinked with PPG-3 glyceryl triacrylate, with some of it neutralized with ammonia.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to help prevent emulsions containing water and oil from separating easily, leave the skin surface feeling soft and smooth, and adjust formulation viscosity and flow.[2]
