About Polyacrylate-27
Polyacrylate-27 is a copolymer of vinyl toluene, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, vinyl imidazole, and methoxy PEG-8 methacrylate monomers.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to help keep emulsions of water and oil from separating easily, form a thin film on the skin, hair, and nail surfaces after application, and lower surface tension so raw materials wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2]
