Poloxamine 707 is a polyoxyethylene, polyoxypropylene block polymer of ethylenediamine, where x and y are 19 and 47, respectively.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly mixed and to reduce surface tension so that raw materials wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2]
