Poloxamine 1508 is a polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene block copolymer of ethylenediamine, with x and y being 22 and 122, respectively.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly blended, and to lower surface tension so raw materials can wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2]
