Poloxamine 1307 is a polyoxyethylene, polyoxypropylene block copolymer of ethylenediamine, in which x and y are 23 and 74, respectively.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to create emulsions in which water and oil are evenly blended and to lower surface tension so ingredients can wet, mix, and spread evenly.[2]
