About Pinus Pinaster Twig Leaf Oil
Pinus Pinaster Twig Leaf Oil is an oil primarily composed of oil-soluble components.[1] Volatile components obtained from the leaves of Pinus pinaster twigs contribute to the initial impression of the scent and the lingering scent after application, and tend to evaporate more lightly than typical vegetable oils. In cosmetics, it is used to add fragrance to products or adjust the inherent odor of raw materials.[1] In Korea, it cannot be used in cosmetics when it applies to oils and extracts from leaves and twigs with a peroxide value exceeding 10 mmol/L.[2] In Europe, only raw materials with a peroxide value below 10 mmol/L may be used.[3]
