About Pinus Nigra Twig Leaf Oil
Pinus Nigra Twig Leaf Oil is a volatile oil obtained from the twigs and leaves of Pinus nigra.[1] Volatile components obtained from the twigs and leaves contribute to the first impression of the fragrance and the lingering scent after application, and generally evaporate more lightly than ordinary botanical oils. In cosmetics, it is used to add fragrance to products or adjust the ingredient's characteristic odor.[4] In Korea, oils and extracts from leaves and twigs cannot be used in cosmetics when their peroxide value exceeds 10 mmol/L.[2] In Europe, only raw materials with a peroxide value below 10 mmol/L may be used.[3]
